How long does it take to make my order?
All items are custom-made in-house. Production typically takes 1–3 business days depending on design complexity.
How long does shipping take?

What can I engrave on my item?
You can engrave names, dates, short messages, handwriting, fingerprints, and many custom designs depending on the item.
Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. We use deep laser engraving, not printing, so your design becomes a permanent part of the item.
How do I submit a fingerprint?
Color a small area on a plastic bag or similar surface with black Sharpie, press your finger lightly into it, then press onto white paper. Take a clear photo and upload it with your order. Lighter, clean prints work better than smudged ones.
Can I return a custom item?
Because each item is personalized, returns are not accepted. However, if there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will work to make it right.
